Register a Do Not Call Request

We like to keep our members updated on the latest offers, and we fully respect your privacy. If you would rather not receive such calls, you can opt out through either method below.

1. Email us (recommended). Write to [email protected] with your first name, last name and the contact number you wish to register. Email is the recommended method, as it gives your request a proper written record.

2. Call us. You may also call the Member Experience Management Centre at +91 8264 097 782.

Once registered, you should not receive such calls after 7 days. If a call still reaches you, please complete the form below and submit.

To stop unsolicited commercial calls more broadly, you can also register with the National Do Not Call list of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) through your telephone service provider.
